Our fixed price fees are designed to be competitive, indicative of quality, transparent, and represent value.
Investor Due Diligence
Generally scoped at between 1% and 5% of the transaction value (protecting the remaining 95%-99% of the investment value).
M&A Threshold Due Diligence
One-time fixed fee of $9,900
(depending on agreed scope).
Director Due Diligence
One time fixed fee of $2,500
(depending on agreed scope).
Business Health Check
One-time fixed fee of $2,900
(depending on agreed scope).
ASX Listing Program
Generally scoped from between $4,950 and $9,900 per month during the active program.
On-Call CFO / Commercial Manager
A. $500 per month for monthly (or quarterly) advice and mentoring meetings.
B. $1,000 per month includes item A. plus ongoing CFO phone support.
C. $5,000 per month includes A. and B. plus occasional hands on execution support.
On-Call CFO services can also be scoped to your needs and budget.
Investor Ready Program
Full day (or 2 half days) $2,500.
Individual session topics delivered daily or weekly $145 each.
